Mr. Bierman and Andrew Modlin began MedMen nearly a decade ago, first as medical marijuana dispensary operators. Andrew Modlin is the main architect behing MedMen’s unique brand and its mainstreaming marijuana message. An artist by training, Mr. Modlin’s vision informs MedMen’s industry defining retail concept. He is the recipient of the 2017 “Emerging Leaders Award” by the American Marketing Association. Mr. Modlin is also credited with several innovations in cannabis cultivation and manufacturing and oversees MedMen’s operational aspects.

LD Sergi Trager, General Counsel

LD Sergi Trager provides MedMen’s senior management with expert legal advice that informs the company’s business strategy and its implementation. She is directly involved in business transactions and negotiations that are key to MedMen’s success. Ms. Trager was a partner at global consulting firms Deloitte and Rothstein Kass, and practiced law at O’Melveny & Meyers, an international law firm. She is a legal expert on alternative investments and holds a Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law.

Mark Hutchison , Director and Chair of Audit Committee

Mark Hutchison has over 35 years of experience as a tax expert in the entertainment industry, personal financial planning, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a tax partner at Armanino, LLP, the largest independent accounting and business consulting firm based in California. Prior to joining Armanino, Mr. Hutchison was a tax partner at Rothstein Kassfor over 8 years, and prior to that, served in a variety of roles at KPMG, including 18 years as partner. He is a published author and a member of the Motion Picture and Television Tax Institute.

Stacey Hallerman, Director

Stacey Hallerman is a business leader and C-suite executive, who has been instrumental in growing companies for over twenty years. She brings her deep knowledge of the consumer goods industry and expertise in building and sustaining brands. Previously, Ms. Hallerman was vice president, chief legal counsel and corporate secretary at Richemont North America –part of the global luxury conglomarate that owns iconic brands such as Cartier, Chloe, Van Cleef & Arpels and Montblanc. She was also senior corporate counsel at Pfizer, a world recognized pharmaceutical leader.

Jay Brown, Director

Jay Brown is the Co-founder and CEO of RocNation, a leading entertainment company. A seasoned entrepreneur and executive with more than 20 years in the music industry, Brown has been a fixture on Billboard magazine’s annual Power 100 List, having helped propel the careers of several Grammy nominated and award-winning artists throughout his lifetime. Previously, he was senior vice president at Elektra Entertainment Group and executive vice president at Def Jam Recordings.

Andy Rayburn, Director

Andy Rayburn is principal and founder of Big Game Capital, a private investment firm that provides financial capital and operational, hands-on leadership. Since 2000, Big Game Capital has invested in equity interests in the 2016 NBA Championship franchise the Cleveland Cavaliers, two minor league baseball teams, and the 10,000 Lakes Music Festival. Previously, Mr. Rayburn was president and owner of Flexalloy Inc., an industrial distribution company, which he sold to start Big Game Capital. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College.
