Tom Lynch, Chief Executive Officer

Tom Lynch, a Partner, Senior Managing Director, and Head of the Boston office of SierraConstellation Partners, brings with him over two decades of capital market experience with a deep focus in restructuring, workouts, recapitalizations, M&A, secondary market transactions, as well as strategic planning and execution.

Prior to joining SCP, Tom was the co-founder and Managing Partner of Woods Hole Capital. Tom was responsible for the executive management and strategic direction of the firm. Tom focused on all aspects of the firm including risk management, portfolio management, operations and the executive leadership of the firm.

Prior to founding Woods Hole Capital, Tom was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Frederick’s of Hollywood Group (a publicly traded company). In this capacity, Tom led an out of court financial and operational restructuring which culminated in a sale to Phil Falcone’s HRG Group in 2014. Prior to joining Frederick’s, Tom was the CEO of Mellon HBV later renamed Fursa Alternative Strategies. HBV was a risk arbitrage fund that had moved toward event driven less liquid positions.

Tom has a lengthy and distinguished career in the asset management business. As a Managing Director of Mellon Institutional Asset Management, Tom was a member of the Senior Management Committee, and had direct executive responsibility for a 38 billion AUM business. While at Mellon, Tom founded and launched Mellon’s first Alternative Asset Management distribution group.

Tom has held executive positions with UBS Global Asset Management and the Dreyfus Corporation.

Tom is a graduate of St. Anselm College.

Reece Fulgham, Chief Financial Officer

A former CPA with Kenneth Leventhal & Company, Fulgham has over 30 years of accounting, turnaround management and restructuring experience. He has worked as an auditor, board member, interim operating manager and advisor to middle market companies such as Hollywood Video, Condor Systems, Whittaker Corp., Davis Wire Corp., Kinetics, West Coast Foods, National Dollar Stores, and Pronghorn Resorts. He is currently a Managing Director at SierraConstellation Partners.

Tracy McCourt, Chief Revenue Officer

Tracy McCourt leads the omni-channel marketing strategy as well as the Company’s buying, merchandising and business intelligence efforts.

A leader and pioneer in customer experience management for over 20 years, McCourt has developed in-store and online sales, product and marketing strategies for leading brands including Skechers, Guess, Murad, Frederick’s of Hollywood, and most recently Zappos.com.

Most recently, McCourt led the strategy for the brand affinity team at Zappos, where she developed the brand marketing strategy to align business goals with merchandising strategy. Before joining Zappos, she was the Chief Marketing Officer for Frederick’s of Hollywood, where she increased net operating profit of the division by 84% in her first year and then drove subsequent fiscal year profit expectations by double-digit growth year-over-year by creating operational efficiencies and new revenue opportunities.

Roz Lipsey, Chief Operating Officer

Roz Lipsey brings over 25 years of operational experience, focusing on business start-up, scaling and strategy.

After starting her career in the Foreign Service as an Agricultural Economist for foreign cotton/textile markets, Ms. Lipsey was Director of Business Development for a vertically-integrated cotton company, Volkart/Anderson Clayton, with multiple country holdings in farming finance, ginning, cottonseed oil processing, and commodities trading.

Afterwards, Ms. Lipsey joined a family investment office, Jokake Companies, where she built and scaled companies in the agricultural, construction and building materials industries to successful M&A outcomes. In late 2014, she entered the cannabis space, serving as President of a vertically-integrated cannabis operation in Arizona, scaling its cultivation, manufacturing, wholesale and retail businesses.

Ms. Lipsey is a founder of the Advancing Women in Construction Mentorship Program at Arizona State University and has been a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) since 2008.

Dan Edwards, Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs

Dan Edwards oversees MedMen’s legal department and ensures operations adhere strictly to applicable laws and regulations. Mr. Edwards brings extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, commercial real estate, cannabis law and compliance, and he has successfully structured and closed over $500 million in cannabis-related transactions. Prior to joining MedMen, Mr. Edwards worked at San Diego business law firm Potente APLC where he developed and managed the firm's first cannabis division.

Mel Elias, Director

Mel Elias is an active investor, entrepreneur and developer in Los Angeles has past and present board experience in CPG and consumer retail businesses both in the US and internationally. He was President and CEO of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for 6 years, until it was sold in 2013.

Errol Schweizer, Director

Errol Schweizer is a strategic advisor to several high-growth retailers and brands. Mr. Schweizer has over 25 years of experience in the food and cannabis industries, including 15 years at Whole Foods Market, where he held a number of roles within the organization, including Vice President of Grocery. In this role, Mr. Schweizer oversaw merchandising, product assortment, promotional programs and financial performance for over 80 product categories and $5 billion in annual sales.

Cameron Smith, Director

Cameron Smith currently operates a private angel investment and advisory fund that focuses on health food. Prior to his investment and advisory business, Mr. Smith was General Counsel of The Island ENC, Inc., President of Quantlab Financial and worked at the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission.
